InHunt World keeps on growing with 34 countries in its International Headhunting Network. We expand our world-wide partnerships and now we are proud to announce that Switzerland joins the team, with Headtohead Executive Search joining our Global Network and representing InHunt World in Geneva, Switzerland.
We had the pleasure to interview Caroline Miller, founder and Managing Director of Headtohead, for our blog today. A very warm welcome to her and her amazing team from our behalf! Here is what she told us earlier today:
“Headtohead is a distinctive boutique of Talent Spotters and People Boosters, offering a unique eco-systemic approach to recruitment, creating shared-value for your organization.
Our competitive advantage stems from three headtohead trademarks:
1) Bridging two strategic worlds: the corporate sector and the “non-for-profit”.
2) We offer an extensive international network with key stakeholders that enables us to tap into one of the most exclusive and large pool of candidates.
3) Our recruitment approach is completely people-centered, as we firmly believe that an encounter between individuals and an eco-system will create shared-value for your organization.
As highly seasoned professionals, we are committed to combining and balancing genders and generations.
Our team encapsulates a very unique combination of experiences and skills acquired in the human resources and communication field, medical, banking and manufacturing sectors, and for the specific humanitarian, developmental and international cooperation, both at operational field level in fragile countries, and at strategic senior executive level. Our expertise and network are built on broad international exposures, in the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, Europe and of course Switzerland.
We have relevant and successful experience in recruiting executives for International Organizations, Foundations and NGO’s, as well as for multinationals in Luxury, Technology, IT, clinics and banking institutions.”
InHunt World: Could you tell us a bit more about your previous professional experience?
“I’m a seasoned private sector talent spotter and former Head of Strategic Resourcing & Head of External Communication in the financial sector (UBS & LLOYDS TSB). I also worked as the Director of the Medical Research Center of the Faculty of Medicine in Geneva. I’m very active in many business circles in the Geneva area and Lecturer at the Geneva Business School in Intercultural Communication. In the past, I worked for a period of time as President of the European Professional Women’s Network and the Career Women’s Forum, which was a great experience. I proudly co-founded 2nd Chance, which is a medical NGO active in Africa on training surgeons. I have also been the Interim Head of Recruitment at International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). I am also a Trustee of several Foundations and NGOs, amongst which the Foundation “Switzerland for UNHCR”.
I am fluent in German, French and English and I have a Master of Arts in Political Sciences.”
InHunt World: What are some of your first impressions of the Network?
“What attracted us to InHunt World in the first place was its “entrepreneurial” spirit and its fast-growing network combining multicultural talents, broad expertise and interesting backgrounds of all the partners across 34 countries.
Personally, I feel like re-joining a large professional community spanning across three continents, hopefully one day also in Africa, in Australia & New Zealand and in South America. My former experience as the President of the Swiss Chapter of the European Professional Women’s Network reminds me of what I will certainly find amongst all these wonderful InHunt Partners : solidarity and friendship, common values, high ethics, a shared vision on sustainable development and a collective effort to reach our ambitious goals.
I’m truly looking forward to working with everyone and sharing our best practices to make this world a better place for the Human Capital”
Thanks so much to Caroline Miller, Managing Director and Owner of Headtohead Executive Search.
