As Country Manager Asphalt DK, you will lead an organization comprising a total of 455 FTEs and your ultimate responsibility will be to provide direction to the business and to grow the top- and bottom-line revenues by providing ongoing strategic and tactical plans. Likewise, you will create, implement, and execute on commercial strategy as well as drive and support positive customer relationships, fostering and enhancing relationship management.

With reference to the Managing Director of Emerson Marine Solutions, Denmark you will lead a team of 11 skilled sales employees distributed across Europe. In this role, you will develop the organization to become even more professional by applying an analytical and numbers-based approach to the prioritization of markets and customers. You will lead and manage the market-focus process and ensure that there are solid tactical sales plans for all products.
