As Head of End User Services at Proact, you lead the operational work for two teams of approx. 14 employees and are responsible for the teams from both a business and employee perspective. This also means that you lead the daily work, have close contact with the Team Leader, engage, support and follow up the work to ensure a quality delivery to the customer.
