We had the pleasure to interview Owner and CEO of KIAT, Igor Kochetov for our blog today. Here is what he told us:
“KIAT has been operating since March 2002 and specializes in providing custom HR-services. Over the years, our successful work contributed to help with hundreds of challenging and unique projects. We are proud of our long-term cooperation with famous international brands and world-class companies.
KIAT has offices in Minsk, but operates throughout the whole Belarus. We collaborate with companies based in the Baltics, Ukraine and worldwide. We specialize in executive search, assisting our clients with staffing their new or existing subsidiaries in Belarus and leading relocation projects with European companies.
We recruit highly skilled specialists and top managers in all business fields. Our projects are focused on IT and High Tech, management, sales, engineering, accounting and finance, supply, procurement, manufacturing, etc. We really love working in start-up projects, recruiting and hiring staff from scratch and building long-term, trusting relationships with clients. We know our local market WELL and the markets of neighbouring countries.
We are thrilled to be part of InHunt World’s network as we have common professional areas and interests. We definitely see a lot of business opportunities here.
My personal prior experience is associated with working in the IT departments of large design companies. This gave me an understanding of IT technology in general, as well as the knowledge of engineering processes and construction. As a result of the collapse of the Soviet Union, big problems began in this industry and many design companies ceased to exist. One of my hobbies has always been psychology and understanding better human nature. This is mainly why in 2002 I decided to start the recruitment business.”
