InHunt World: Welcome to our Network Juraj! We are so excited to have a great brand like Neohunter join us. Can you please introduce us a bit to the company? How did it all start and why did you decide to open a Recruitment-as-a-Service provider?

Juraj: Neohunter is a Recruitment-as-a-Service provider that I founded with a mission to revolutionize the recruitment industry. I have over 11 years of experience in the international recruitment industry, leading large recruitment teams and innovation projects, and I saw a need for a more personalized and efficient recruitment solution. That’s why I decided to start Neohunter. Our goal is to provide companies with a customized recruitment experience that saves time and resources, while still delivering top talent.

Before starting Neohunter, I held senior leadership positions at several of the world’s leading recruitment firms, where I was responsible for leading teams, implementing new processes and technologies, and delivering results. I have a passion for using technology and data to drive efficiencies and improve the recruitment process, and I have been recognized as a leader in this field.
