InHunt World keeps growing, and there are already 35 countries in its Global Headhunting Network. We expand our worldwide partnerships again, and now we are proud to announce our new Partner. WideResearch Active Sourcing joins our Global Network and represents InHunt World in Germany, having the office in Frankfurt.

We had the pleasure to interview Tanja Bodewein, Managing Director of WideResearch, for our blog today. A very warm welcome to her and her amazing team on our behalf!

Here is what she told us earlier today:

WideResearch is one of the leading providers in the field of active sourcing with a focus on the DACH region. Founded in 2001 with a team of 12 employees and a broad cross-industry expertise, WideResearch is familiar with the structures of medium-sized family-owned companies up to matrix-organized large corporations. We help to fill tricky specialist positions as well as vacancies in middle and senior management.

InHunt World: Could you tell us a bit more about your previous professional experience?

As an Active Sourcing Specialist, WideResearch combines active and passive methods of recruitment to a smart and efficient recruitment mix. Through our proactive approach and well-established network connections, we are able to find you the best talents for your vacancies, quickly, transparently, and flexibly tailored to the process and needs of our clients.

Tanja Bodewein is an experienced executive search consultant and a trustworthy partner with a genuine interest in your clients. She is passionate about finding the minds that are otherwise difficult to reach and are a perfect fit for your company and the position. With knowledge, creativity, and intuition, she supports you in filling your top positions because the leadership of a company determines its future.

InHunt World: What are some of your first impressions of the Network?

Our impression of InHunt World is fantastic – great partners in the respective countries, a professional and very friendly exchange takes place here, from which everyone can only benefit. We are very enthusiastic and are sure that we can make a significant contribution to the German market for the partners and the Network. We are looking forward to the cooperation!

Thanks so much to Tanja Bodewein, Managing Director of WideResearch Active Research, from Frankfurt, Germany.
